Gotham Titans defeat DAC Marksmen 64 - 61 to remain undefeated in first place of Super League.

The Titans, looking to consolidate first place in the Island Garden Super League and move to a 6 - 0 record, faced the DAC Marksmen down 2 key players. The game stayed close throughout with the Titans holding on to a thrilling victory due in large part to out-hustling their opponents on the boards 44 - 35 with clean effective defense holding the Marksmen to 24 - 61 (39%) from the field and 6 - 27 (22%) from three.


Thomas Martelli scored 22 points on 56% shooting from the field to go along with 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals, in an MVP performance for the Titans. Isiah Marino contributed 12 points on 4 - 8 from the field with 6 assists, 5 steals and 4 rebounds. Mateo Morales added 10 points and 5 rebounds, including the game deciding steal and layup to seal the win in the final seconds. Alex Roth was on fire from three, hitting 3 - 6 from deep including 2 clutch three pointers in the closing minutes to keep the Titans ahead of a surging Marksmen team. Dylan Santucci hauled in 12 rebounds, including 7 offensive boards, 8 points and 2 blocks.
